These days, I am focused at building industry leading products at Expedia, Inc that inspire people to travel and build memories. Increasing revenue, minimizing costs while keeping customer needs and experience at the core is top priority to me at my job. The questions that I ask to myself and my team every day are - If something is broken, let's fix it. If something needs to be built, let's build it, but the smallest possible bit first, to get a signal that can drive investment direction.
