I trained as a medical doctor and have worked in Organisational Development and Leadership Development for the last 16 years. I prefer to provide interventions over extended periods as this is the route to enabling sustainable change in the patterns of relating amongst people.
More and more, the foundations for my work are in how we give attention to ourselves and to others; to how we offer attention and compassionate care to others. And, through those insights, how the apparent discord, brokenness contradictions and discontinuities that assault us every day, can reveal the paradoxes of being alive and commitment to doing good work and being decent, open and honest human beings.
