At a very early age my ability to scale to a situation has made me successful. I take what others can do with large budgets and tons of resources and scale that down for smaller budgets and less resources. I look at what makes others successful in certain areas and figure out how to scale that to other situations - my own or your business. In 2010, after working for 11 years in corporate America, I was laid off, while on maternity leave, with a 3 month old. To say it was heartbreaking would be an understatement.
