Dr. Steven Baule is an associate professor of educational leadership at Winona State University. He has served for twenty-five years in educational leadership positions including as a high school principal, assistant superintendent and superintendent in Illinois school districts. His career includes teaching at the middle school, high school, and collegiate levels. He is a nationally recognized expert in the integration of technology into teaching and learning.
