For the past 15+ years, I've enjoy building teams to create better products, services, communities and overall experiences. Within that, I've had the pleasure of starting, growing and successfully exiting 2 companies over my career.
I primarily find myself working with organizations to reimagine what design and innovation is within their space and how they can introduce more "agility & customer centricity" into their every day work.
I've had the opportunity to roll out Enterprise Design Thinking (Human Centered Design at scale), Innovation frameworks, and Scaled Agile to build more transparency and predicability across teams, programs and business portfolios.
