I teach Anthropology and Sociology at Lake Tahoe College in California. I just finished a book on the cultural history of theme parks for Reaktion books, a criminology text, another on anthropology and pedagogy, and another on horror, sci-fi, fantasy film remakes. I am also in the midst of work on theming, the Las Vegas Strip, lifestyle spaces, and consumption.
