In over 20 years of experience initiating and maintaining communities through a variety of online media, I have overseen the production of content and communications, written and visual; trained, supervised and mentored groups of volunteers to perform vital tasks; managed teams responsible for supporting and fostering large online communities; and designed and overseen the development of social interaction technologies.
