Sebastien Sanz is currently the Spanish Managing Director of Ayova Consulting, a European business consulting and executive search company focus on ICT industries, that he founded in 2000 under the name Vaience. In this role he has founded recently trabajar-en-alemania.es, a Spanish-German labor mobility 2.0 portal. Prior to this he provided high level consultancy expertise to France Telecom Group in Spain, and he worked for Altran, a leading Technology Consulting firm, within Business Unit Management and Operations Direction in France and Spain, developing businesses within the Banking and Telecommunications Industries (1995-2007).
