Responsibilities Monitoring the MYSQL Warehouse called AWRIS using SQL and different web based monitoring tools such as CPU usage, availability etc. • Monitored ETL load process from start to end. • Currently monitoring WADI Test, WADI UAT and WADI PROD along with Historical loading and Housekeeping. • WISKI monitoring using WISKI Client, TSM Admin console, Kidsm, Supper putty and Zenoss. • Analyse performance issues with AWRIS and WADI and log incident with third level support if required using iSupport and JIRA. • Used SQL to extract ad-hoc reports. • Tuned existing SQL queries to perform better. • Provider level 2 support for AWRIS. • Developed new ...
