I have completed my postgraduate studies in Industrial Biotechnology at SASTRA University, India in 2009. My curriculum gave me a strong foundation in Protein purification, Bioprocess Engineering, Nano-Biotechnology and Microbiology. Courses involving downstream processing and recombinant DNA technology helped me with my final project, which involves Purification of growth factor expressed as fusion protein in E. coli. Later, my interest in bioreactor design and enzyme engineering led me to pursue Ph.D in Biotechnology.
