My responsibilities Includes â–ª Ensureing that processes needed for the Quality management system are established , implemented and maintained. â–ª Reporting to top management on the performance of the QMS and need for improvement . â–ª Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirement s throughout the organisation. â–ª Organizing Management Review Meetings. â–ª Conducting and schedulding Internal audits in the company. â–ª The Management representative also can liaison with external parties on matters relating to the QMS.
