Leading and supervising a group of engineers and technicians.
Organizing the teams' daily work tasks.
Performing auditing and quality checking.
Coordinating between the management and the client.
Inspection of the accomplished work to ensure its alignment with the project scope and standards.
Active participation in troubleshooting network issues.
Keep track on team performance and performance analysis.
Create Issue logs raised internally or by customer for analysis.
Support the engineers in commissioning and troubleshooting as required.
Assist in the interview and recruitment/evaluation of team members.
