Sergio Patano graduated in social and economic planning in March 2001 at Università degli Studi in Milan. Sergio joined IDC in 2001 to develop an internal Knowledge Management project that aimed to support the Italian Local Research Business Unit. Afterward he developed a good knowledge of Italian IT market and is also requested to speak at both vendor events and IDC Italy Conferences.
