One of his remarkable achievements is when restructuring PT. TELKOM by preparing and listing TELKOM for Initial Public Offering in New York Stock Exchange, London Stock Exchange and Jakarta Stock Exchange in 1995 with the size more than USD. 1.7 billion, one of the biggest transactions in that year. In the same time he did restructuring TELKOM, implemented strategic alliances (KSO) as directed by the Government, and introducing golden hand-shake program for 5200 people.
