I work as a senior consultant and trainer, in the ICT Management & Consulting line of business within Beta 80 and with My competence areas include: - Project management - Service management - Information security - IT governance and compliance I have defined, implemented and improved service management processes; assessed and strengthened IT security; supported companies with certifications and audits. I own several international qualifications, most notably ITIL Expert, ISACA CISM and Lead Auditor ISO 27001. My activities are mainly focused in the telco and finance industry sectors.
