About
Shahid is a veteran technologist, entrepreneur, intrapreneur and a dreamer. He spent 15 years in Silicon Valley, California working for firms like HP, Intel, McAfee and others. He co-founded Mercora in 2003 that was funded by Norwest, a top silicon valley investment firm. Lately he was engaged in converting MindManager an idea management and visualization product to a fully web based and collaborative product.
Recently he has moved back to Karachi, Pakistan. He thinks he may start a reverse migration trend for expatriates by demonstrating the opportunity Pakistan presents.
