I am working as a associate director in Development Alternatives a non for profit organisation with 13 year of experience .Most of my assignment allign with working in rural and urbane setting for creation of sustanable livelihoods for the community. I am also engaged in strenthening community institution and capacity and and managing natural resource programme , capacity development of CSO in the Bundelkhand region of central India .
