I am a researcher with focus on monitoring and evaluation of programs in different sectors of development, including – agriculture, rural development, environment, health, education, HIV/AIDS prevention, water and sanitation, and migration. I have expertise in large scale quantitative surveys, qualitative research, and PRA techniques. I have worked for more than twenty years in India, Nepal, and Bhutan, apart from conducting research in UK and USA.
