Sharda is passionate about vocational and life skills training for entrepreneurship and employability particularly of youth. He is an astute program manager who brings in best of private sector, government and community together to make markets work for poor.
His areas of interest include individual and collective entrepreneurship. His major responsibilities in current and past jobs have been in facilitating formation of community and individual enterprises from scratch. His specialty lies in starting from zero, recruiting and nurturing new teams, setting up MIS based systems, processes, and handholding of the team towards sustainability.
