When was the last time someone really made you think?
I love the moment when a question takes the conversation to a different level and performance changes for the better as a result. No matter what an organisation's primary purpose is, everything starts, changes and finishes with a conversation and as an Executive Coach it's my job to have the kind of conversations that help people think. Our job, quite simply, is to help leaders be better at their job. The reward is to watch them become great leaders, feel confident, put their talents into practice and make a difference for themselves, their teams and the organisation (and on occasions, their families too).
