I have a husband, Steve, and two great kids, Sydney - 15, and Seth - 11. I was a secondary math teacher for 8 years and then decided on a career change after my son was born in 2002. I went back to school in 2005 and graduated from nursing school in May, 2008. I worked as a registered nurse in the Emergency Department at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center for almost 6 years. I just earned my MSN from Lourdes University in December of 2013 and was hired as a nursing instructor at Mercy College of Ohio in January.
