Shintaro Tay is a 17 year-old student who has a deep passion for photojournalism. He has received various awards and accolades including the 'Junior Bronze Award' at the 'Royal Commonwealth Photographic Awards 2011'.
He started photography at the age of 10, with a handphone camera. Upon entering St. Andrew's Secondary School, he joined his school's photographic society. Since then, his photographic passion bloomed over the years as he covered various school events and sporting matches.
