As a management professional with over ten years of management experience and education I have extensive knowledge and skill in building new teams and effective processes. Experience in hiring, supervision, evaluation and, if necessary dismiss staff members as specified by company ad/or union guidelines. In addition, I oversee workplace operations, including holding staff meetings and retreats, and working with staff to maintain and improve effectiveness and efficiency as well as ensure that all staff members receive appropriate training to perform their jobs effectively.
