Current Role includes:
- Lead Generation for Luminaries & Modular Switches
- Support and supervise the calling process to meet quantitative and qualitative targets.
- Monitoring overall performance of the entire team
- Understanding the database before beginning any calling activity. Database is received from Philips on a monthly basis.
- Lead by example: Go along on field visits with field executive. Demonstrate effective ways to source relevant information within the time-frame
- Direct co-ordination with Philips team on a daily basis for Lead Reverts .
- Visit twice to stockist for the respective Area
- Meeting with RSM/ ASM / LE every month.
