Shukran Abdul Rahman is Associate Professor at the Department of Psychology, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). He is also Coordinator for the Graduates Research Unit, IIUM.He has served as Associate Research Fellow of the National Higher Education Research Institute (IPPTN) since 2005. His research area is career development, organisational behaviour, employability and graduateness of students from higher learning institutions
