Started out as a Java software developer. After trying to improve the way we make software at previous employers, he co-founded Iterate, and was the CEO through the startup period. After a period as a consultant, doing development and project management, he was again chosen to be the CEO of Iterate. This time leading the company though the difficult transition from new company to established player in the industry. He has seen the importance of being able to zoom in to get a close look at the details and zoom out the see the big picture. He is passionate about inner motivation, the drive to play, build and learn that every consultant at Iterate has.
