I am a hardworking and passionate educator who is able to combine a strength in curriculum development with strong interpersonal and leadership skills. I believe education to be a lifelong process which should provide the opportunity for each individual to identify, recognise and develop their inherent talents and abilities in order to attain their full potential. Furthermore, the education process should provide the individual with the skills, confidence and critical awareness that are necessary for them to derive meaning from and interact with the wider community with a sense of responsibility and social justice.
