Simon Campbell has most recently been Vice-President, Global Creative Director at MindsInSync, an early-stage venture formed to uncover unmet needs and wants, and to bring to life the brands & products to answer those needs.
Prior to this he was Global Creative Director at Johnson & Johnson and Target. At J&J Consumer Simon led global design and creative for Beauty and Skin Care, developing brand strategy, retail, communication & design for brands including Roc, Aveeno, Clean&Clear, bebe, Lubriderm. At J&J he also led work in design thinking and innovation, including designing systems for behavioral change, retail environments, packaging and sustainability.
