Sindhis comprise second largest population of Pakistan and Sindh having abundance of natural resources contributing to Pakistan national economy/GDP; however, on the other hand, 'Sindhis' on the basis of ethnicity, culture and language - are excluded from giving Jobs - both in public and private sectors (including social sectors of developmental INGOs, NGOs/ United Nations organizations in Pakistan - mostly occupied by Punjabi, Pashtun and Urdu Sepaking lobbies) not only in the mainstream of governance but also in our own province - Sindh.
