About
Since 1999 I have worked on research projects related to “Adaptive and Kinetic Architecture" at recognized academic intuitions including National University of Colombia (1999-2000), University of Nottingham, UK (2001-2006), University of Liverpool, UK (2007-2011) and University of the Andes (2012 - to date). Amongst the outcomes of these projects are my doctoral thesis (2006), the books Metamorphic Architecture (2000) and Kinetic Architecture: designing with movement (due to be publish in 2014) and a number of articles for architecture books and journals. My work has been recognised with different international awards and citations including the National Award in the Category of Investig.
