My self Sita Ram Dhiman, born on 13.8.1946, studied in village schools, appointed in Govt. job on 9.9.1965, retired as Class 1 Officer, as Assistant Registrar, H.P. State Consumer Commission, Shimla on 31.8.2004. Remained as an State Government Employees Leaders right from 1970 to 2000. Arrested and job terminated several times for participating in strikes for the acceptance of employees demands as State Secretary,NGO's Federation. After retirement associated with many social organizations for the welfare and upliftment of poor , downtrodden people in the Society. R.T.I.
