Працює вчителем української мови та літератури в Снячівському ЗЗСО І-ІІІ ст. Великокучурівської ТГ.
Народилася 20 березня 1981 р. в селі Снячів Сторожинецького району (нині - Чернівецького), Чернівецька область.
У 1995 році Наталія почала писати вірші. Перший вірш присвячено пам'яті Назарія Яремчука.
У 1997 році у районній Сторожинецькій газеті «Рідний край» були надруковані перші твори.
У 1998 році закінчила 11-річну Снячівську загальноосвітню школу з відзнакою.
У 2004 році вступила до ЧНУ ім. Ю. Федьковича
на філологічний факультет.
З 2016 по 2020 роки вірші поетеси друкувалися у Вижницькому журналі «Німчич».
У 2021 році - дебютувала в «Буковинському журналі»; друкується у літературно-художньому виданні «Сонячне місто» (Київ).
У лютому 2022 року вірші були надруковані у літературно-мистецькому виданні «Розфарбую коханням увесь світ» (Київ), де пані Наталія стала переможцем конкурсу в номінації «Поезія».
Є авторкою віршів серії листівок-присвят Героям Буковини
“Речники Хоробрості”.
На поезію Наталії написано вже не одну пісню буковинським композитором, бардом Ігорьом Миськом та композитором, співаком Іваном Дердою.
Творчий доробок поетеси складається з поетичних та прозових творів: "Ступаю тихо на траву", "Мелодія серця", "Любові вічний дар", "Люблю як вперше", "Ранок і сонце", "Дорога до Перемоги", "Назустріч вітрам", "Грозове літо ".
Наталія Григорчук-Войтко є співавтором збірок її учнів під назвами: “Весняні світанки” (2014) та “Буковинські дзвіночки” (2016), “Коли квітнуть слова” (2025), “З Україною в дитячому серці” (2025).
