Orochem presented on their new cGMP facility in Naperville, IL and family of stationary phases for API purification at various scales using SMB technology. The presentation showed Orochem's seamless scale of SMB purification from 50g/day to 5000 tons/year and examples of purifying several APIs including atorvastatin, montelukast-Na, eicosapentanoic acid, L-glucose, S-valsartan, and alpha-tocotrienol using their SMB technology.
