사용전검사 제도는 정보통신설비의 시공의 품질을 확보하기 위하여 도입된 제도로서, 구내통신선로설비 등에 대하여 이용자가 사용하기 전에 동 설비가 관련 기술기준에 적합하게 시공되었는지를 확인하는 제도임이며, o 감리를 실시한 공사 o 연면적 150제곱미터 이하인 건축물 o「건축법」제14조에 따른 신고대상건축물에 설치되는 공사는 사용전검사를 면제합니다.
