Phase 1 involves meeting with the office to discuss academic background and career views to finalize the choice of country and shortlist universities. Phase 2 is to finalize the university and course, take entrance exams, and submit academic documents to launch the application. Phase 3 is to receive a conditional offer, satisfy conditions for an unconditional offer, prepare financial and visa documents including an acceptance letter, passport, certificates, photographs, and financial documents.
