This document describes the AXELL model, which provides a framework for reinventing oneself or an organization. The model consists of 7 stages, 14 blocks, and 49 components to guide users through value creation, delivery, and realization. Users progress through the components, which are grouped into blocks and stages related to capabilities, resources, strategies, and goals. The framework is represented visually through a grid perspective to show how users can move through the components to reach their destination of reinventing themselves or their organization.
