當社會期待開始影響國家的未來時，身為一個政府官員，次長你怎麼看?次長的回答是要經過與社會溝通，慢慢改變觀念，但我們的政府做到了嗎?我們是否還走著以制度改變觀念的舊路?
升學率升高曾被當成是政績，但其實社會新鮮人的就業率卻逐年下降，學用的落差和產學的落差成為一大問題，這真的是我們國家要的嗎?當高職生科大生不再碰到工具，我們的技術如何傳承?升學導向成為高職校方吸引學生的成績，這已經不是個案，當大學學歷被誤認成就業門檻，我們的技職教育正在因此崩潰。
教育部為了挽救技職體系，開始推動產學合作，但教育部對實行成效，給自己打幾分呢?技職司司長並沒有給我答案，但就我所知，產學合作最後促成的就業媒合，並不存在，如果企業無法有效的投入技職教育，建教合作的意義在哪裡?
我舉了德國的例子，他們讓技職體系提升到了一個高度，讓國家技術力提升，讓技術人員有尊嚴的以技術自豪。台灣宣稱效法德國，卻學得四不像，我們有沒有辦法法制化學徒制，讓技術重回技職教育的核心?
時間有限，我實在有太多的問題想繼續提問，但總歸一句：我們的技職教育是未來工業4.0的關鍵，請教育部審慎的規劃，國家技術產業的未來，掌握在你們手上。
