Think about the last time you ever grumbled about something (big or small) Who do you think is the first complainer in the Bible? What do you think he complained about? Why do you think we dont consider grumbling as a big sin?

How to avoid grumbling 1. Realise that complaining gets you nowhere 2. Focus on the positive side ,and think about all the blessings you have received from God 3. Realise that the world is not perfect 4. Stop judging others-even yourself and practice gratitude

How to avoid coarse joking 1. Admit the problem and pray for your problem (if it is difficult to solve your problem ,it is advised to join a prayer group and be around similar people who are undergoing the same struggle and you can share your stories and pray) 2. Decide to be like Jesus (Luke 4:22) 3. If it is necessary ,limit the amount of time you spend around people who make filthy jokes
