Theres been a lot said about the millennial generation by Baby Boomers (those born between 1946 and 1964) and Generation X (1964 to 1982), most of it born out of fear from not knowing how to connect with us & frustration from not knowing how to motivate us. As Millennials have time on their side, they believe it is on previous generations to deal with how we do business. But these guys and ladies are often your boss or leaders.
