Wheres your office?
It has been over 10 years since I lived in one of the most vibrant and I dare say hottest cities in the World. It was fun, exciting and very busy. It
used to take me almost two hours to drive from my flat to work. Thats only one way, wasting shy of two hours a day commuting. The biggest
problem major cities face is
Traffic and .
Busy commute. You get the picture
I Live in a town in Kerry Called Cahersiveen. Heres my house in green. Heres my old office was in yellow. Now,
youd think something had to give moving to rural place like my town. But it didnt!
At lunch, you can have a break at the railway park
or cycle down to the marina after a long day...
and in if you do morning runs you get to see these views. If you have a family
I get to have time to be with my family. You get to enjoy some fun with them. and be able to connect well with nature
This is all well and good but how can all this actually work??
For the past three years I have been witnessing a decrease in population to many rural towns like mine. I knew Something needed to be

Lets run some stats. 100 Families with average of 4 people in each. This is the population growth difference if they move to Dublin in
2017

And if they moved to a town like Cahersiveen almost a third of the population increase! Imagine how much difference that will make to the
local economy.
By creating an workspace ecosystem with for enterprises to get out of busy cities and enjoy a true work life balance its workers deserve. How
can this be done?? We took the town and fitted it with cool and exciting tech. This is what weve done so far
