David A. Jones Jr. lives at 157 N. Lamon Ave in Chicago and enjoys helping his community by shoveling snow in the winter and mowing lawns and cleaning streets in the summer. He is troubled by the violence in his community and feels people could build each other up instead of killing each other if they came together. He attends I.C. Stars to have a life-changing experience and then help the community as an entrepreneur by creating jobs.
4. Civic Experience
For me I love to help others so in the winter
time I will shovel the snow off the sidewalks in
the neighborhood and in the summer I would
mow the lawns and clean the streets.
5. Community!
I am really troubled by the amount of violence
going on in my community because it is all
senseless and just idiotic to me. I feel as
though we can build each other rather than
kill each other if we could all just come
together.
6. I.C.Stars
I am at i.c.stars to have a valuable life
changing experience and then to further help
the community by becoming an entrepreneur,
to help put more jobs back in the community.
