20. S&K Gives Back Affinity Program Launched S&K Gives Back in August, 2008. Customers enroll their favorite church, charity or school and earn donation dollars every time they shop at S&K. Program is managed by Romeo Advertising on a separate website at www.skgivesback.com . S&K donates 5% with each qualifying purchase from enrolled members. Checks are published every 30 days. Affinity program sales achieved a 2.5% total sales penetration after 8 months. As of April 2009, program had over 5,000 enrolled organizations. Unique referral program. Organizations could create custom posters, web banners and email messages at no additional cost.
21. S&K Online Coupons In February 2009, we launched an online coupon initiative that was designed to drive in-store traffic. Customers can find S&K coupons on over 75 popular shopping websites. After four months, program achieved 2% penetration to total sales. These coupon customers spend 60% more than our average customer ($200 vs. company average of $125.) 50% of these customers were NEW customers. One partner funded a paid SEO campaign, generating $12 in revenue per click. S&K pays only a % of sales, so theres no cash outlay and we pay only for qualified sales. We are enhancing our tracking technology that will allow S&K to participate in popular affinity programs such as u-promise, i-give and popular reward programs such as Bank of America.

S&K had 1 million visitors to our site in 2008 thats over 2,500 potential customers a day! eStore customers increased their average transaction by 21% in 2008. S&K site accounts for 72% of online sales, AAFES 17% and Amazon 11%. Launched a new affiliate marketing program in early 2009, which expanded site traffic significantly. S&K has significantly improved direct mail response rates in 2008 by providing more frequent preferred customer offers and improved targeting.
