Project Open Hand-Columbus (POHC) provides home-delivered meals, a food pantry, congregate lunches, and nutrition counseling to people living with HIV/AIDS in Central Ohio. POHC is partnering with the Columbus Health Department's Sexual Health Program to educate their clients about syphilis prevention through 8 group events offering syphilis testing. POHC requests $7,000 to cover costs of promoting syphilis testing, developing educational materials, and staffing costs to coordinate the partnership and outreach to high-risk communities.
