Manic Clothing is a clothing shop for young fashionistas located in Manor Mills shopping centre in Maynooth, Ireland. It offers a wide selection of casual and formalwear as well as accessories. An analysis found that while Manic Clothing had a Facebook page, it was not being fully utilized. A new Twitter and improved Facebook page were created which started to build a follower base by uploading pictures and tweeting about offers. LinkedIn and a website were deemed unnecessary for Manic Clothing's needs as social media provides good resources when utilized properly.

Editor's Notes
Hi. We are Team Spirit and this is our presentation of the e-marketing audit we conducted on Manic Clothing; located in Manor Mills Shopping Centre, right here in Maynooth.
During this presentation we will demonstrate to you the current e-marketing plan the business has in place, its use social media and discuss the some of the measures we used to audit it and then improve it.
From this slide you get to see the different blogs relevant to our chosen company, Manic Clothing. Our 5 blogs consist of the fashion industry, Manic Clothings target market, the tasks we have completed for this assignment, the shop and its employees and finally about the owner of Manic Clothing. These blogs give an insight into what we have done throughout the last couple of weeks in improving the social e-marketing strategy of the business thus improving their profile, status and trying to increase sales.
We used several social media analytical tools to measure the effectiveness of the online advertising campaign. We discussed what methods of advertising and promotion would be most suitable for the business to use and put these into practice by setting up new social media pages.
We created a Twitter page to promote the shop on this social media site. We followed people in order to spread the word of Manic Clothing and in return we gained some followers. We put out twit pics of some of the items of stock in store. We also tweeted about promotions and sales in store in order to create business and encourage followers to go into the shop and check out what it has to offer.
We first of all set up a profile on facebook and then subsequently from there we went about setting up a like page. We then shared the news of this like page from our own personal profiles so that our friends and associates would see this page, follow the link and like Manics page and be up to date with the new stock and promotions in the store in Manor Mills shopping center. We uploaded this page weekly with new items of stock in the store.
They are not a big enough store to reap the benefits of running their own website and having a LinkedIn account. At present there are only 2 employees and the owner, who arent comfortable with computers. So to have these would be more of a hindrance than a help.Twitter and Facebook were non existent for Manic Clothing before we approached them, so this is new to everyone in the shop and will hopefully be updated regularly with relevant and new content to keep current subscribers interested and to gain new ones. The sign in the shop to make customers aware of their social media and the recommendation to put their Facebook and Twitter details onto their receipts should help in promoting and encouraging people to like the page on Facebook and follow them on Twitter. Which in the long term, will hopefully spread the word of the shop around the area and increase profit tenfold. Thank you.
