The flag of Egypt features red, white and black colors with an eagle symbol in the middle. Egyptians primarily speak Arabic and greet each other through hugging and kissing. Their traditional cuisine includes beans, koshari, mahshi and tea that is commonly eaten in the streets. Egypt is known for its historical sites like the pyramids and sphynx as well as a joking and friendly culture that celebrates Islamic holidays through decorating streets and inviting others to share meals.
