 The college gives me poor information
and non useful instruments about how
to solve problems in the real world.
 I went into the job not knowing what I
need to do.
 Working with peers with great
experience has given me an opportunity
of learning new things.
 On my first day of work I was very
scared and confused about what I had
to do.
SAY
 Talk to seniors from college who have
passed out and now are working at big
companies.
 Share his thoughts and feelings about
to join work with his friends.
 Talk with his family and relatives about
his experiences.
 Search on the internet for more
information about work culture.
 Learn more about design industry in
Colombia.
DO
 He feels so stressed and overwhelmed
because not been totally prepared for
the real life work.
 He feels so nervous because the college
did not prepare him for do real work.
 He thinks that with his poor experience
at the time of completing their studies
he cant get good jobs.
 He feel afraid because in the real world
are people far more qualified than him.
 He is worried because thinks that he can
fail.
 He needs to be prepared for change!.

 My stakeholder is a young,
inexperienced, hardworking designer
that is getting ready to start work. He
needs to find a way to move through
the transition more easily.
