Enprodes Management Consultancy BV is an independent road tunnel safety consultancy founded in 2008 in Rotterdam, Netherlands. Led by Han Admiraal, who has over 20 years experience in tunnel management and safety, Enprodes provides road tunnel safety services to clients around the world. Services include developing safety documentation, risk analysis, staff training, and liaising with emergency services.
