This document outlines a training for military leaders on family resiliency. The training has 4 phases and aims to equip leaders with resources to help soldiers and families in need, identify those in need of assistance, provide basic marriage counseling skills, and enhance their own family relationships. The agenda covers an introduction, connecting leaders to on-post family support resources like child services, and teaching self-aid and buddy-aid skills to build resilience during adversity.

resources to which they can connect Soldiers
and families.

identify Soldiers and Families who are in need
of assistance.
