This document provides tips for expediting the email checking process in Outlook. It recommends organizing emails into folders like critical folders, rules, folders for later reading, events, memberships, and friends and family. It also describes the QuickFile add-in which allows one-click filing of emails to folders without dragging, provides automatic filing suggestions based on email content, and can automatically file sent emails. While QuickFile is helpful, it could be improved by requiring single clicks instead of double clicks for unknown addresses and showing top folder suggestions on right-click rather than a toolbar.
