End to End Fleet Tracking and Administration Flexmatics Flexible Fleet Management TechSharp
FlexMatics provides comprehensive fleet management services. Traditionally the trucks are loaded and the driver delivers the product. The vehicle ends up being late, certain products are lost, fuel theft, asset theft and more. FlexMatics is providing a cloud based solution for the same. This service will be used by multiple companies. FlexControl module provides capability to track vehicle. The application tracks where the vehicle is going and records the path taken by the driver from source to destination. FlexControl records where the driver stops, duration the vehicle was stopped, where the fuel was loaded etc. providing as a complete Driver performance management. FlexTraffic is part of the application with GPS tracking and integrates with FlexControl. FlexTraffic uses spatial clustering which allows fleet managers to see an entire fleet of thousands of vehicles on one screen and drill down to a single vehicle. FlexVision is a module that provides dynamic, exception-based reporting and real-time alerts to improve decision- making and optimize resources, delivery schedules, driver performance and fuel costs. Flexigrate module provides API and other mechanism to integrate with third-party dispatch systems, FlexWeather provides real-time weather data such as hurricane paths or rain storms and enables planning vehicle re- routing and worker deployment accordingly. FlexMatiics operates in 4 countries and intends to extend the services to many more. The solution needs to be hosted in cloud. The solutions needs to cover the following: 1. All the above mentioned modules. 2. Integration Architecture. 3. Data Architecture. 4. Analytics. 5. Service Architecture. Additions: Use of disruptive technology: How do we size it?
